Agenda:
1) Where is everyone? Only 3 attendees, two new members and one
member that of whom this is there first meeting in a year. If a
meeting is scheduled and on the web page please have someone who at
least has access to the building and knows what is going on come.
2) The web page needs improvement. There should be easy to find
contact information somewhere (and WHOIS doesn't count). There needs
to be useful information for potential new/potential members. Some
stuff on the web page doesn't seem to work, for example the members
list (just one more reason good contact info is important).
3) Does someone keep meeting minutes normally? Do meetings have
topics or are they just informal get togethers? Meeting
minutes/topics might be good to have on the web page.
Questions (that I have):
1) Is there any formal leadership?
2) How many people attend meetings?
3) Does the lug do anything other than have infrequent meetings?
