[lug-l] Server Administration Team

Peter,
I believe that Jared has misspoken in his interpretation of the happenings at last evening's meeting. As by the constitution, you did everything that is expected of someone in your position. While last year's failure to meet certain group goals has caused many people to blame this on yourself, the current members and other eBoard personnel are focusing more on the future well being of our current server infrastructure.

As per our learning of your study abroad program, the eBoard and other members feel as though it would be advantageous to employ our new idea of a team based server administration group. We feel this will enable collaboration among past and future administrators to better guide our server based goals in the right direction.

We will be announcing two open positions for the server administration team at the next meeting. We would like for you to be the third member of this team. I know you feel as though we do not want your help from the tone in the minutes email sent last night, but the majority of the eBoard and myself included feel you are essential to the continuing successful management of our servers.

Again, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding in the previous minutes email.
