Plotting/graphing data in Linux

Does anyone know of a program for linux that will plot large (~98.2 
million data points) graphs?  I'm trying to get a graph similar to the 
one at http://www.we.mtu.edu/~sdvormwa/results.ps, only with the full 
data set instead of only a hundred thousand points.  GNUPlot was used to 
generate that graph, but it can only handle a couple million points it 
seems...
