The newest of the residence halls at MTU, South mcNair is a large complex of one-bedroom apartments for studenting housing. It is located just up the hill from East mcNair and West mcNair halls and has no dining facilities of its own, but well-equipped kitchenettes and easy access to the dining hall connecting the mcNair Halls.
