Meeting Minutes

LUG,

I thought I'd bring this up cuz I'm happy with it, since this is the 
first meeting where I actually put effort into the meeting and minutes. 
http://lug.mtu.edu/minutes has the minutes for our past meetings from 
2006-2012 currently.

I have the archived minutes from 2012 - 2017 in a drive, but those are 
in a different format and my python PDF scrapper broke on those and I'll 
need to fix that up afterwards.

I'll also update when Josh gets Trillian's services setup, which he says 
should be soon! That should be really fun.
