The php test works!!!

I plan on learning php this weekend, woohoo!

As far a everything else goes, I posted a link on the mtulug.org page for
my current progress on the new site design.  It takes a lot to create a
new site, so give me a week or so to get some nice looking graphics, etc,
up and running.
