lug server back online

if there are official hard copies of various things they need to be 
updated to reflect the changes i made to the firewall script this 
morning.  before the default output policy was drop, but for some reason 
that rule wasnt going into effect (until 2am when i was messing jabber 
transport ports).  the new default policy on output is accept.  this 
might want to be hardened up a little bit (maybe set back to drop IFF 
you add state flags to match new connections created by lug server and 
established and related connections for random higher level ports that 
get created after say you ssh into the box).  i restarted apache, 
apache-ssl, and proftpd.  jabber seems to have come up automatically and 
irc is there but none of the bots are (i'm not going to mess with 
that).  if anyone notices anything else that isnt quite working right 
just send a message to the list and someone will fix it.  sorry again 
for causing this outage (aim and msn jabber transports should work now 
though and i'll get yahoo up and running soon).  i'm going back to bed.
