Unless otherwise noted I do not know of any Linux or free ware tool which
safely resizes NTFS partitions.  However, Partition Magic 8+ does the job
you need quickly and is harmless.  I would recommend you finding someone
whom owns a copy and having them help you fix your partition to the size
desired if you need a free sollution.
