If enough people want to do it as part of Nanocon, then LUG as a group can agree to do such. If there is enough interest in doing it during Nanocon and during the planned date, then I imagine we can arrange that as well. If not I see no reason to hold it exclusively during Nanocon.
Personally I would like to host it as a singular event, but obviously we need to go with what the consensus wants.

LUG is hosting a LAN but we need to know when would work for everyone, as well as which games you would be interested in playing. If a date or game that works for you isn't listed feel free to include your own!
