[lug-l] Arch Mirror

The arch mirror is changing locations, ever so slightly.

Old: http://lug.mtu.edu/archlinux/ftpfull/$repo/os/$arch

New: http://lug.mtu.edu/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch

The old will still work, but it will show as updating the repos every time.

Just figured it would be good to let everyone know because I know there are a good number of archlinux users here.
