This Saturday (April 7th), the Mobile Developers Club of Michigan Tech,
the AITP chapter of Michigan Tech, the Progressive Security Group, the
Linux User Group of Michigan Tech, and the ITOxygen student enterprise
are putting on an event dedicated to helping students get started using
new and emerging technologies. The appropriately named: "Developers
Conference at Michigan Tech" (DevCon), will be an all-day
tutorial-styled presentation conference with talks on things such as how
to get your own web-server up and running, setting up your first Linux
installation, building your first iOS application, getting started with
Ruby on Rails, and many more.
So bring your laptops and get ready to learn, have fun, and create something cool!
You can get more info, including the full-day itinerary online at
http://mobiledevmtu.com/devcon
Where: DHH Ballroom
When: 10am - 5pm
If you have questions about DevCon, please email Sam Seltzer :
