Ultrabay Slim Device Test

Does anyone in houghton happen to have a ultrabay slim on their laptopor docking station I can test my dvd burner in? It seems work fine forcds but rarely sees dvds and when it does I only access them to look atthe contents. Mplayer will not play them as a movie due to read errors.
