Server Downtime and officer update

Guys,

The server will be having some downtime tonight to get the frontend rebooted in order to get our ipv6 stuff set up
properly. I apologize for the late information.


Also, We impeached Jon Welters this meeting because he has not been doing his job, and has not attended the past 2
meetings since stuff was re-established. Our new interim server admin is Andrew Meyer.
