0. Yes, the timing sucks. 1. The EERC is not a key component in the campus power grid.2. This is for fuses in the whole-campus power substation, so yes, dorms are affected.
3. Buy and install a 9v battery for your alarm clock. Problem solved.4. Since LUGserver's UPS is currently unhappy, it'll be going down around 11 and be back up sometime in the morning.
