Re: Apt error?



What branch(stable,testing,unstable) of debian(or equivalent for your
distro) are you tracking?

An update shouldn't be installing or removing any programs unless your
system is in a funky state. Running dselect or aptitude might allow
you to see what is happening on your system and resolve it.

Running "apt-get -f upgrade" might help.
