If anyone didn't catch my original problem, I'm trying to get my wireless
card (Zyxel G-102)to work under Fedora 4. I'm still very new to linux,
and don't really know what I'm doing. The card doesn't even get power
right now.

Well the older ZyXel cards like the one I have are prism54 cards, but the
new ones might not be or might be softmac.
Can you type "lspci -v" and send the output to either myself or just the
list as a whole?
