	President:
		Lego nominates Nor - she declines
		Steve noninates Lego - he declines
		Christian nominates Tall Matt - he's not here to do anything about it.
			seconded by Lego
	VP:
		lego nominates Nor, seconded by Christian, accepts
	Steve nominates EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING
