Important Carney Info

Ok, Mary and I will both be out of town this Thursday and thus cannot
attend the meeting.

I offer an update of the Jerky making process and list of things that
*need* to be done my other members of the lug before carnival.

1. Jerky Thus Far
	a. we have made 3 batches in full
	b. three are marinading now (one of which will be made tonight)
	c. the entire first 15 pounds have gone though and pricing info is up
to date
2. Jerky to come
	a. at this rate, we should be able to buy more meat saturday for a
total of 45 lb of raw meat purchased.  This will be approximately 9
batches in total.
	b. donations are *necessary* to continue.  Please pay Dan (GZPhreak) or
Steve (spi) at the meeting on Thursday, you will be paid back in full
after Carney.
	c. People will need to sign up to help:
		1. start the marinade
		2. plate the jerky for dehydration
	d. I am unloading the trays, sorting, pricing, making marinade, etc.
already
3. Other Carney Stuff
	a. We need to have a poster saying what we're selling and (how much it
costs)* (*I'm working out pricing at the moment but we can start the
poster anyhow.)
	b. we'll need a cash box (with change and a responsible person)
	c. we'll need to figure out where/when we need to be
	d. we'll need to sign up for hours that we can work the table
	e. food service gloves
	f. optional promotional items

I'm hoping someone will still come up and plate another tound of jerky
tonight...	
I will be back on Saturday, hopefully we can make two batches then
(plate them and dehydrate them)  I need two [sets of 1 or more]
volunteers for saturday
Also on saturday, I will be buying more meat (failing that sunday will
do)  That'll need to soak for 24 hours at which point i'll need 4 more
[sets of] volunteers to help begin the marinade and plate the final
three batches.
