Sean,

It is with great regret then, that I need to inform you and everyone else
that uses Linux at Michigan Technological University to not ever purchase
another Liteon drive.  Since your company provides such lack-luster
support of all users of your product, I cannot in good faith recommend the
purchase of another Liteon drive.
